## About the role

We’re looking for a Program Manager to help drive operational excellence at our Fresno, CA facility. This role will lead special projects and continuous improvement initiatives while supporting the day-to-day execution of key programs across Tech, Receiving, Repair, and more. The role is based onsite in Fresno and may require up to 50% travel during peak periods.

## What they're looking for

- Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in program, project, or operations management — ideally within warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, IT asset disposition (ITAD), or a similarly fast-paced operational environment
- Proven track record leading cross-functional projects from scoping through delivery, on time and on target
- Experience driving process-improvement initiatives, familiarity with lean, Six Sigma, or continuous-improvement methodologies is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple concurrent workstreams without letting details slip
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable using data to prioritize work, measure impact, and make the case for change
