## About the role

The Associate Director, Distribution Operations, will play a critical role in supporting the successful commercialization of Revolution Medicines' portfolio. This individual will support the development, implementation, and optimization of distribution operational strategies that align with the company's commercial objectives and ensure operational excellence across all products.

- BA/BS required 10+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry with 5+ years in specialty pharmacy / distribution
- Experience supporting Specialty Distributor relationships, including facilitating the new account set-up process and supporting Quarterly Business Reviews
- Demonstrated leadership in fostering an environment of continuous improvement
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to think and act strategically and proven track record of driving execution
- Broad understanding of regulatory and quality requirements for pharmaceutical products
