## About the role

Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of a global ergonomics program across Revolution Medicines locations including North America, Europe, and APAC, establishing scalable standards as the company expands into new geographies. Own the company-wide workers' compensation and occupational injury claims management process, including coordination with workers compensation insurance and other applicable partners, from initial reporting through return-to-work and claim closure.

## What they're looking for

- BS/BA degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Ergonomics, Human Factors, Occupational Health, Industrial Engineering, Kinesiology, or a related discipline and 8+ years of relevant experience, or
- MA/MS degree in a related discipline and 6+ years of relevant experience, or
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Demonstrated experience leading ergonomics programs across multiple sites, with the ability to establish enterprise standards and translate them into practical local implementation
- Strong knowledge of ergonomic risk factors, assessment methodologies, workstation and task design, musculoskeletal injury prevention, and hierarchy-of-controls principles
- Demonstrated experience managing workers' compensation or occupational injury claims, including insurer/third party administrator coordination, claim review, return-to-work, and stakeholder communication
