## About the role

Revolution Medicines is seeking an experienced and collaborative accounting leader to serve as the Director of Accounting. This position will lead the Company’s US general ledger accounting function and oversee key aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including account reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, fixed asset, lease, stock administration and related financial reporting activities.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including significant general ledger and financial close experience and demonstrated people leadership
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, general ledger accounting, account reconciliations, financial close processes, and internal controls
- Experience working in a public company environment and with SOX compliance requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing complex monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing accounting teams
