## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of progressive experience in benefits, Total Rewards, or a related HR discipline
- Demonstrated experience designing and governing U.S. health and welfare, retirement, wellbeing, and related employee benefits programs
- Experience leading benefits renewals, financial analysis, vendor strategy, and enterprise-wide program changes
- Experience supporting global benefits programs and partnering across regions, global brokers, or local market experts
- Strong understanding of benefits program design, financial stewardship, governance, compliance considerations, communications, and program effectiveness
