## About the role

As we continue to expand our global footprint, we seek an innovative and experienced Director, Global MSL Excellence to lead the development, standardization, and continuous enhancement of Medical Science Liaison (MSL)/Medical Advisor (“Field Medical”) capabilities across regions. Reporting to the Head of Medical Content and Training (MCT) within Global Medical Excellence, this role is a critical driver of global Field Medical strategy, performance, and operational excellence.

## What they're looking for

- Advanced degree required (PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent in life sciences)
- 10+ years of progressive experience in biotech/pharma Medical Affairs, with at least 5+ years in Field Medical or MSL Excellence leadership
- Demonstrated success developing global Field Medical strategies, competency frameworks, and learning programs
- Proven track record enhancing MSL effectiveness, insights processes, and scientific engagement quality
- Experience with global medical systems (e.g., Veeva PromoMats), digital enablement, data analytics, and process optimization
- Strong knowledge of medical compliance standards and inspection readiness best practices
