## About the role

This is a unique opportunity to play a critical role in advancing Revolution Medicines’ commercialization strategy during a period of significant growth. We are seeking an experienced and highly collaborative Director, Launch Excellence to lead the planning, readiness, and execution of our global product launches.

## What they're looking for

- Lead end-to-end project management for the global product launches, from approximately T-24 months through six months post-launch
- Facilitate the Global Launch Strategy Team, establishing clear governance, operating rhythms, decision-making forums, and accountability across launch workstreams
- Build, maintain, and drive execution against an integrated global launch plan that brings together Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Regulatory, Supply, Legal, Finance, Development, and regional stakeholders
- Define and manage launch milestones, critical paths, workstream deliverables, interdependencies, assumptions, risks, issues, and key decisions across the launch lifecycle
- Create and maintain launch-readiness assessments, dashboards, timelines, and executive-level reporting that provide transparent, actionable views of launch status and health
- Facilitate launch-planning meetings, readiness reviews, and leadership forums, ensuring clear decisions, ownership, follow-through, and escalation when needed
