## About the role

Reporting to the Senior Director of Channel & Distribution, the Director of Channel Operations leads the account management, including contractual and operational implementation, launch readiness, and continuous improvement of the company's specialty pharmacy network. The role serves as the specialty pharmacy operations subject matter expert for Revolution Medicines’ US market.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree a plus
- Minimum 6–8 years years of progressive experience in working with specialty pharmacy(s) and patient services in pharmaceuticals or biopharma
- Expertise in working directly with Specialty Pharmacy and Patient Services partners
- Deep understanding of US drug channel dynamics
- Demonstrated success in executing operational channel programs, including product launch readiness and issue triage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience collaborating across Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
