## About the role

Reporting to the Executive Director, US Lung Analytics & Insights, the Director, US Lung Market Research will serve as the US Market Research lead for Revolution Medicines’ Lung cancer portfolio. This role will partner closely with US Commercial, US Market Access, Global Insights, Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Business Operations to generate actionable insights that inform portfolio strategy, launch readiness, commercialization planning, and business performance. - Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree preferred) with 10+ years of progressive experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or strategic consulting role with 6+ years of experience in a strategic analytics role
- Oncology market research experience required, NSCLC cancer experience strongly preferred
- Experience in market development and new product launches
- Extensive primary research and secondary analytical skills required, ability to translate the data and learning into actionable recommendations for business growth
