## About the role

The Executive Director, Head of Real-World Analytics and Programming will develop and lead Revolution Medicines’ real-world analytics and programming capability, setting the strategy, operating model, technical standards, and priorities needed to generate rigorous, decision-ready real-world evidence across the product lifecycle.

## What they're looking for

- Demonstrated success leading complex RWD/RWE programs from strategy through execution, including study design, analysis, programming, reporting, and regulatory submission support
- Demonstrated experience building, scaling, or transforming real-world analytics, programming, or data-science capabilities, including establishment of standards, processes, and cross-functional partnerships
- Strong expertise with RWD sources, including claims, EHR, registries, -omics data, and linked datasets, and analytic tools such as R, SAS, and Python
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of epidemiologic, biostatistical, and data-science methods
- Knowledge of drug and clinical development processes for genomic/targeted medicines
- Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
