## About the role

Revolution Medicines is seeking a Senior Director of FP&A to join our growing Finance team. The Senior Director of FP&A will act as the key financial business partner for our PDM (CMC/Tech Ops), Research, and G&A functions, providing strategic and operational finance support as these functions continue to grow. The leader will manage and coach a team of FP&A business partners to support informed decision making, resource allocation, and financial performance.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA or MBA preferred
- 12+ years in biopharmaceuticals finance/FP&A with progressive leadership roles
- 5+ years of managerial experience
- Experience with PDM (CMC/Tech Ops), Research, and G&A organizations preferred
- Experience with global expansion preferred
