The Senior Manager, Lung Cross Portfolio Operations role is essential to building operations capabilities across the US Lung Commercialization organization and contributing to achievement of cross functional, disease area and enterprise goals and objectives. The ideal candidate is a very proficient and proactive operations lead with strong ability to integrate planning across functions and enterprise stakeholders.

## What they're looking for

- Understand Commercialization launch strategies, stakeholders functional priorities and interdependencies and works cross functionally to develop and facilitate execution against plans
- Act as primary portfolio operations contact for the cross functional launch forums and launch meetings
- Manage the integrated launch plan and tracker - accounting for goals, objectives, deliverables, decisions, risks to align enterprise planning and tracking of launch progress
- Manage an efficient information flow within the cross functional workstreams, and manage the preparation, review, editing and submission of project documents, presentations for internal advisory and governance meetings
- Identify critical path activities, resource constraints, risks, and conflicts that could impact the timelines or budget, work with subject matter experts to construct appropriate mitigation plans
- Contribute to scenario planning (comprising costs, timelines, risks, and project strategy) to inform stage gate, portfolio, budget and long-range planning
