## What they're looking for

- Retain and manage a managing broker-dealer relationship, positioning Rex offerings to clear third-party due diligence approvals and home-office product committees
- Build and maintain Rex's presence on approved sponsor shelves, engineering expedited review pathways for subsequent offerings once initial approvals are secured
- Execute and manage selling agreements with independent broker-dealers and hybrid advisory platforms, expanding the number of active channels raising capital for Rex
- Architect share class structures that serve commission-based representatives and fee-based advisors through a single desk, removing friction from the sales process across channel types
- Extend Rex's distribution reach onto alternative investment platforms to widen access for advisors and representatives
- Partner with acquisitions and legal counsel to structure multifamily assets into Delaware Statutory Trusts for 1031 exchange investors
