## About the role

As Senior TPM for Industrial Programs, you own operational readiness and process rollout to support hardware delivery and customer shipment commitments. You manage supplier coordination, unit ramp planning, and scale-up execution, from early prototype builds through high-volume production.

## What they're looking for

- 7+ years in technical program management, operations program management, or supply chain program leadership
- Experience managing hardware ramp programs from prototype through production, ideally in robotics, consumer electronics, or industrial equipment
- Strong understanding of NPI (New Product Introduction) processes, supplier qualification, and manufacturing readiness reviews
- Demonstrated ability to manage certification and compliance schedules (CE, UL, FCC, or equivalent) across complex programs
- Track record of coordinating multi-party supplier relationships under aggressive production timelines
- Excellent data-driven communication skills, able to synthesize production metrics into clear executive-level reporting
