## About the role

The Navigation Solution Consultant at Rightway is a subject matter expert (SME) who serves as the cornerstone of technical, clinical and strategic expertise during client engagements. This role is pivotal in ensuring Rightway’s most sophisticated clients fully understand and realize the value of our Navigation and Unity (PBM & Navigation) solutions.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor of Science degree in healthcare, technology, or a related field, advanced degree preferred
- 4-8 years of experience in Navigation solutions, healthcare IT, or a related role, with a proven ability to engage and guide sophisticated clients through complex discussions
- Expertise in Navigation operations and their strategic application to client needs
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong presentation skills, with experience leading client-facing discussions and tailoring messaging to meet diverse client needs
- Analytical and solution-oriented mindset, with a track record of translating complex requirements into actionable solutions
