## About the role

The Graphic Designer position is an opportunity to bring the Rightway brand to life. This role will develop branded communications for internal teams, the members we serve, prospective clients, and existing clients. These communications will support our commercial and member marketing teams. The range of creative assets includes, but are not limited to: landing pages, sellsheets, presentations, emails, posters and social graphics.

- BFA degree in graphic design or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Brings a strategic mindset to design, ensuring creative work supports broader business and marketing goals
- An eye for consistency and detail, combined with an understanding of branding, typography, color, use of imagery, and user experience
- Strong familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging design technologies
- Ability to work independently, drive multiple projects at a time, and iterate quickly
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with teammates and cross-functional partners
