## About the role

Rightway is looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Staff Accountant to join our team. This role involves supporting day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and GAAP, and contributing to the accurate and timely reporting of financial information. ## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field required
- 2+ years of general accounting experience, with a proven track record of excelling and getting promoted
- Experience within a fast paced startup and/or the healthcare technology industry, Pharmacy Benefit Management space, or Big4 public accounting is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of and experience in financial reporting, month end closing, and audit support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to troubleshooting and problem solving
