## About the role

RigUp is hiring a Specialist, HSE who will support operations across the organization on all matters related to health, safety, and environmental compliance. This role is responsible for conducting and supporting incident interviews and follow-ups, reporting, training, and data analysis.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant working experience
- 5+ years of experience with HSE, safety, and / or program and process management
- 2+ years of experience in HSE and/or risk management
- Experience working in high hazard industries
- Experience proposing and building new programs from the ground up
- Good written and verbal communication skills
