## About the role

Lead key parts of customer onboarding and deployment, helping ensure a smooth and timely implementation experience Partner with internal teams across Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to execute implementation plans and solve customer problems quickly

## What they're looking for

- 4–7 years in ERP implementation, systems consulting, or finance transformation (e.g., Big 4 or implementation firms)
- Background in SaaS, high-growth technology companies, or implementation/consulting environments is strongly preferred
- Hands-on ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP, Workday, etc.), including requirements, configuration, data migration, and go-live
- Strong understanding of core accounting workflows (close, reconciliations, ASC 606) and how they translate into systems
- Customer-facing with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Systems-minded with solid project management skills, able to run multiple workstreams
