## About the role

Own Claude at Rillet – become our internal Claude expert. You will build and deploy AI automations and workflows using Claude, starting with the CEO and Chief of Staff, and rolling them out across the organization. You will be the go-to-person for Claude-related questions, best practices, and capabilities. Track progress on key initiatives on behalf of the CEO – proactively flagging risks, identifying roadblocks early, and ensuring the right people are unblocked and moving forward

## What they're looking for

- 1–3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a BizOps / strategy role at a high-growth startup
- Proficient with Claude, you have used it extensively and know how to get the most out of it
- A track record of delivering in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with minimal hand-holding
- Executional by nature
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable building models, interpreting data, and turning insights into action
- Exceptional written and verbal communication: you can draft a crisp investor update and a clear internal Slack message with equal ease
