## About the role

Own the full design process from user research, product flows, and wire-framing to UI design for key product areas Partner with product and engineering to shape product direction and contribute to roadmap planning

- 5+ years product design experience in B2B SaaS environments with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership
- Proven ability to tackle complex design problems and visualize complex systems, from financial concepts to interaction patterns
- Experience across all stages of design from discovery and research through implementation and iteration
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and articulate design rationale
