## About the role

Partner with functional leaders across the company on org design, headcount planning, leveling, and team structure. Coach managers on feedback, performance, team dynamics, and difficult conversations.

## What they're looking for

- You have 7+ years as an HRBP or People Partner in high-growth environments. You've scaled through the 150–500 range
- You have deep employee relations experience and multi-state US employment fluency. International experience is a plus
- You've run performance and compensation cycles yourself, not just supported them
- Leaders trust you fast, and you're direct with them, including when the answer is no
- You're data-fluent and already use AI tools to automate your own work. At Rillet this is a requirement, not a bonus. You communicate with precision, whether it's a Slack message, a comp explanation, or a hard conversation
