## What they're looking for

- Required
- A strong engineer first. You write and ship production code (Python and/or TypeScript), build and debug API integrations independently, and have owned systems running in production. This is a hands-on-keyboard role
- 4+ years in customer-facing technical work where you personally built what was deployed: forward-deployed engineering, solutions architecture with real implementation ownership, or technical consulting
- Working depth with LLMs in production: RAG, agent orchestration, evaluation. You've debugged why an agent fails, not just demoed one that works
- Communicates across the range: design reviews with engineers, business cases with executives, and difficult conversations with customers when a deployment needs to change course
- Thrives with incomplete information, competing priorities, and no one telling you what to do next
