This is a hands-on manager role for a practitioner who blends strategic thinking with day-to-day execution across email, nurture, and lifecycle programs.

## What they're looking for

- 4-5 years of lifecycle, email, or marketing automation experience, with hands-on campaign build and execution—B2B SaaS experience preferred
- Demonstrated track record of building nurture and lifecycle programs that drive measurable engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact
- Strong platform fluency across Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, Outreach, and Tableau
- Experience with segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation workflows
- Clear communicator—able to translate campaign performance into insights and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders
- Marketo Certified Expert or HubSpot certification(s)
