Draft, review, and update employment-related agreements, policies, and templates to ensure compliance and consistency Manage and advise on internal investigations, employment-related claims, demand letters, audits, and administrative complaints

## What they're looking for

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and an active Colorado bar license required
- 4+ years of experience practicing U.S. employment law at a nationally recognized law firm and/or in-house
- In-house experience strongly preferred
- Broad-based employment law expertise across key areas such as employee relations, compliance, and investigations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical guidance for business stakeholders
