- Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate a product vision, strategy and roadmap for our Global Payouts product
- Product Quality and Delivery: Partner with engineering to ensure clear requirements, strong acceptance criteria, and high-quality launches
- Payments Experience: Lead the end-to-end payments experience across Ripple payouts, crafting capabilities that balance customer experience, conversion, and regulatory controls
- Cross-functional Leadership: Lead high-impact initiatives and align collaborators across Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk/Fraud, and Operations, remove blockers and drive decisions
