As a Senior Field Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing regional field marketing initiatives and ABM campaigns for your territory. You'll collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and partner teams to design high-impact programs that engage target accounts, accelerate the sales cycle, and build Ripple Treasury's presence in key markets.

## What they're looking for

- Fluency in either Spanish or Portuguese required, proficiency in both is a strong plus
- 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing or demand generation, preferably within SaaS, FinTech, or enterprise software
- Proven event planning and execution experience, including managing logistics, vendor relationships, and on-site event coordination
- BDR/SDR or sales development background preferred - understanding of prospecting, outreach, and sales collaboration dynamics
- Proven ability to design and execute integrated marketing programs that deliver measurable pipeline results
- Experience working with enterprise sales teams targeting C-level executives
