## About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven individual to join our Payments Compliance Accounting team as an Accounting Manager. This pivotal role will focus on establishing and maintaining a robust accounting infrastructure to support Rippling’s business expansion in payment processing. You will play a key role in supporting MTL regulators' periodic compliance reporting, managing MTL exams, introducing new product offerings, and leading expansion into U.S. and global markets.

## What they're looking for

- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Qualified Chartered Accountant
- Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible accounting and finance experience, with at least 3 years in the tech industry, preferably in fintech or money transmission services
- Understanding of the U.S. Money Transmission Laws and licensing requirements is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills, willing to delve deep into processes and systems
- Exceptional people management skills, with a collaborative work style and commitment to achieving results
- Strong managerial, planning, organizational, decision-making, interpersonal, and analytical skills
