## About the role

The GTM Leadership Sourcer will develop and execute sourcing strategies for Rippling’s Sales organization across North America, with a primary focus on Sales leadership and other high-impact roles. This person will partner closely with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and GTM leaders to build targeted talent pipelines, provide market insights, and identify exceptional candidates. As Rippling grows, they’ll also flex across Sales roles and help expand our sourcing strategies into new markets and geographies.

## What they're looking for

- Deep understanding of the Sales and GTM talent landscape, including experience sourcing sales leadership, senior IC, and/or strategic go-to-market talent
- Proven ability to build and execute sourcing strategies for complex, high-priority searches where the target market is narrow, competitive, or ambiguous
- Strong market-mapping and talent-intelligence skills, with the ability to turn research into clear recommendations for Recruiters and Hiring Managers
- Excellent stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders, drive calibration, and push for clarity when role requirements or tradeoffs are unclear
- Strong business acumen and curiosity about how sales teams scale, how GTM roles differ by segment or motion, and how talent strategy connects to revenue goals
