## About the role

As Associate General Counsel, Americas, you will report to Rithum’s General Counsel, with direction from the Deputy General Counsel and other members of the Legal team. You will serve as a trusted legal advisor to leaders and stakeholders across the business, supporting commercial transactions, employment matters, corporate governance, data privacy, commercial bankruptcy and compliance activities throughout the Americas region, and assist in other jurisdictions outside of the Americas where appropriate.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department supporting business operations
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing
- Significant experience negotiating, drafting, and interpreting commercial contracts, including SaaS, licensing, and technology agreements
- Experience advising on employment law matters and supporting People/HR organizations
- AI-forward attorney with fluency across multiple AI platforms
- Comfortable working natively in Salesforce CRM tools
