## About the role

As an Automation Engineer, you design, build, and maintain the scripts, workflows, and tools that let Rithum’s Business Technology team spend less time on manual, repetitive IT work and more time solving problems that matter. You also administer and support the end-user, identity, and collaboration platforms Rithum runs on, so the automation you build is grounded in hands-on ownership of those systems.

## What they're looking for

- Hands-on experience administering or supporting enterprise identity, collaboration, and productivity platforms such as Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams
- Demonstrated experience adapting or troubleshooting existing automation , scripts, or workflows to resolve moderately complex, ambiguous technical issues
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude) to improve productivity through research, communication, analysis, documentation, automation, workflow optimization, and decision-making
- Demonstrated hands-on use of AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to build, ship, or automate a working solution, evidenced by a portfolio, repository, or project example
- Located in the United States Central or Mountain time zone, with working hours aligned to that time zone
- Handle escalations requiring cross-team coordination. Participate in an on-call rotation for urgent issues outside business hours
