## About the role

Identify and develop new opportunities across the U.S. Army, including combat, maintenance, logistics, sustainment, and other operational use cases Build and manage relationships with Army leaders, operators, program offices, acquisition stakeholders, and other key decision-makers to understand mission needs and create demand for Rivet solutions

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience managing DoW / U.S. Army deployments of complex integrated technology solutions
- 5+ years of experience owning technical solution sales, business development, or customer-facing outcomes with government customers
- Demonstrated ability to identify customer problems and translate operational needs into executable technology solutions and business opportunities
- Experience contributing to or owning technical proposals, SOW development, capture efforts, or other complex government sales processes
- Exceptional customer development and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with senior military, technical, operational, and acquisition stakeholders
- Ability to travel 35-70%, we are building sophisticated, controlled systems with hardware and software – you will be embedded with the team in office or at the customer point of need
