## About the role

The objective of this role is to design and validate electrical subsystems that combine performance, reliability, and manufacturability. You will own EE deliverables from schematic capture to hardware bring-up, ensuring Rivet devices can withstand real-world operational demands while scaling into mass production.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- Strong electrical engineering fundamentals with expertise in one or more areas: system integration and validation, power electronics, embedded device communication (GPIO, I2C, UART, SPI, USB), analog design, signal and power integrity, or sensor integration
- Hands-on experience with hardware bring-up, validation, and debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, DMMs, power supplies, and electronic loads
- Proficiency with schematic capture and constraint-driven PCB layout using Cadence or equivalent tools
- 1–3+ years of experience designing hardware for mass-produced products with form factor and integration constraints
- Proven ability to drive hardware design efforts in a technical lead capacity
