## About the role

Own and maintain Bills of Materials across all hardware programs. Manage the engineering change process end-to-end (ECRs/ECOs)—routing, tracking approvals, and ensuring changes are implemented cleanly across BOM, drawings, and downstream systems.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years in PLM, configuration management, or document control, ideally in hardware/defense
- Hands-on PLM experience (Arena, Windchill, Teamcenter, or similar) and familiarity with PLM-ERP integration
- Strong grasp of BOM structures (EBOM/MBOM), part numbering, and revision/effectivity management
- Experience running ECR/ECO processes cross-functionally
- Working knowledge of configuration management and as-designed vs. as-built reconciliation
- Comfortable partnering with electrical, mechanical, or optical engineering teams
