## What they're looking for

- Completed vocational training or a degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in software engineering, robotics development, or industrial automation
- Strong programming skills in Python (experience with C++, ROS/ROS2, or backend frameworks like FastAPI is highly preferred)
- A proven track record of handling algorithmic problem-solving alongside hands-on hardware or sensor troubleshooting
- Familiarity with deploying code onto physical robotic hardware, edge computing devices, or into industrial factory environments
- Culture-aligned mindset featuring a strong ownership mentality, an autonomous and resourceful approach, and a pragmatic working style
