## About the role

RobCo is building the category of Autonomous Industrial Robotics and we're doing it fast. ## What they're looking for

- Completed technical university degree (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent qualification with significant technical professional experience
- 7+ years of experience leading complex technical programs, ideally in robotics, industrial automation, systems integration, industrial tech, or hardware-software environments
- Proven track record of independently delivering large-scale automation or robotics systems from concept and design through deployment and commissioning with minimal oversight
- Strong systems understanding of mechatronic, robotic, or cyber-physical systems, with the ability to abstract complex technical details into executive-level business impact
- Culture-aligned mindset: Strong self-starter mentality, exceptional ownership, and a structured, data-driven yet pragmatic execution style comfortable with ambiguity
- Very good English skills (German is a plus)
