## What they're looking for

- Demonstrated ability as a Systems, Site Reliability, Cloud or Infrastructure Engineer, preferably with more than 5 years of experience in companies or organizations of similar size and maturity
- Experience managing Google Cloud using IaC/Terraform tooling, following best practices
- Familiarity and practical experience using modern AI tooling, in particular Claude Code, ChatGPT, or Gemini Enterprise
- Have a strong coding or scripting background using Python, Go or other languages
- Be a creative thinker and problem solver that can just as easily work on their own or as part of a team
- Have a strong sense of ownership and a passion for improving employee experience
