## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of product management experience building and shipping high-quality consumer or consumer fintech products
- A track record of shipping 0-1 products at scale, beyond prototypes and pilots
- Comfort with financial products that carry genuine complexity - you can become an expert in a new instrument, offering structure, or regulatory regime quickly
- Experience working with legal, compliance, operations, or other regulated-product stakeholders, and the judgment to know when to push and when to redesign
- Experience working with 3rd-party partners on large-scale projects to deliver a shared product
- Strong product judgment and the ability to turn an ambiguous opportunity into a clear strategy, roadmap, and execution plan
