## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of leading the design and delivery of mobile features at scale
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Deep, hands-on expertise in Swift and Objective-C, with a real point of view on modern iOS architecture (Swift Concurrency, SwiftUI/UIKit interop, modularization)
- Experience working in very large codebases with many contributors. You know how to ship safely, instrument well, and keep build times sane
- Strong product sense. You can tell the difference between an interaction that's correct and one that feels right, and you fight for the latter
- Excellent judgment under ambiguity
