## About the role

As a Member of Technical Staff on our Frontier Data team, you’ll build the environments, evaluations, and datasets that expand what frontier models can actually do. This is work at the edge of the field: identifying high-value capability gaps, then designing the tasks, reward signals, and data that close them.

## What they're looking for

- Practical experience with agents, evaluations, or RL workflows
- Strong technical background and written communication
- Nice to have: experience with computer vision or multimodal models, or prior work with an AI lab as a data or evaluation partner
