- 4 + years of experience in IT support or service and high school d iploma or GED equivalent
- O perational experience with most and proficiency in at least two of the following:
- PC hardware (assembly and disassembly of desktop PCs)
- Understanding of networking infrastructure and basic troubleshooting (TCP/IP/DNS)
- A scripting language
- Active Directory and Group Policy
