## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of experience. Proven track record running high-growth, high-engagement social channels and digital campaigns for a fast-moving brand
- A sharp portfolio with direct proof of killer campaigns you built and executed personally
- Experience in both organic and paid social campaigns and strategies. Deep understanding of how to roll out effective paid social and digital campaigns to serve specific business needs
- Flexibility to travel and move fast: Ready to support on-site activations, events, and dynamic launch schedules across time zones
