## About the role

We’re hiring a G&A Recruiter in to build the teams that power Rogo’s growth across Finance, Operations, Legal, People, and other core business functions. You’ll partner directly with functional leaders to hire everyone from foundational team members to senior leaders. These are critical hires that will shape how Rogo operates as we scale. You’ll own searches end-to-end, advise leaders on talent and hiring strategy, and build relationships with exceptional candidates across a broad range of disciplines.
