## About the role

We're looking for an antenna engineer to lead the design and test of antennas that are part of advanced phased array systems for payloads and ground terminals. You will take full ownership of the design, test and integration of antenna and microwave components, co-designed with front-end modules (PA/LNA/beamformer).

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline
- 2+ years of research or development experience in the areas of RF and antennas (internship and thesis acceptable)
- 1+ years of experience using one of the 3D EM simulation tools: CST, HFSS, FEKO etc
- 5+ years of work experience in the areas of RF and antennas or Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience or PhD degree (in electrical engineering with research work on RF or antennas)
- Experience with basic antenna concepts: dipole/patch/slot antenna elements and feed techniques, antenna array theory, planar antenna array design, gain/directivity/radiation pattern
- Experience with basic RF concepts: impedance matching, smith chart, power handling metrics (IIP2, IMD), microwave network analysis
