## About the role

We’re looking for a motivated and technically excellent RF/microwave engineer to help design our phased array and system solutions. As one of our early hires, you won’t just execute against a spec handed down to you—you’ll contribute to the architecture and design methodology behind our products and help shape how the team works as it grows.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in RF/mmwave design
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and simulation tools (e.g., ADS, CST, HFSS, AWR or similar)
- Proficiency with mmWave lab equipment and measurement techniques, including calibration at high frequencies
- Solid foundation in RF fundamentals: matching, noise, linearity, and S-parameters
- Masters degree or PhD with a focus on RF/microwave circuits/systems or electromagnetic theory
