## About the role

We are hiring our first full-time, in-house recruiter. You will own hiring end to end across engineering and operations roles, including ASIC design, antenna and RF systems, DSP and FPGA, embedded software, hardware test, and manufacturing. Working directly with the founders and hiring managers, you will build the process, tools, and candidate pipeline that bring the next wave of Roguebeam's team on board.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a significant portion focused on engineering or technical roles
- A track record of hiring hardware, semiconductor, RF, aerospace, or defense engineers
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort reaching out to passive candidates in niche technical fields
- Enough technical fluency to hold credible conversations with engineers and to screen candidates against technical requirements
- Experience setting up or improving recruiting processes and ATS tools
- Clear, professional communication and sound judgment with confidential information
