## About the role

Roku is looking for an Assistant General Counsel, Litigation to join our Legal team. This role owns Roku’s litigation portfolio outside of intellectual property matters — including consumer class actions, commercial disputes, and government investigations, with a particular focus on privacy-related litigation and related regulatory enforcement actions — across a business that spans hardware, streaming, and one of the fastest-growing advertising platforms in media.

## What they're looking for

- 10+ years of combined litigation experience at a law firm, in-house, or both
- Direct experience litigating consumer class actions and/or handling government investigations
- Distinctive litigation abilities:
- The gift for breaking down complex arguments into simple, elegant narratives that persuade without ever feeling dumbed down
- The ability to chart a clear path for the business through thickets of ambiguous laws and regulations
