## About the role

Roku is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Themed Experiences to join the Viewer Product team and help bring to life a new, high-visibility surface on the Roku Home Screen. This is a highly visible, leadership-level program. This role will drive the program toward launch, coordinating across engineering, product management, advertising, personalization, and creative teams to deliver a differentiated Roku experience.

- 10+ years of program management experience in technology, media, entertainment, or consumer products
- Demonstrated success managing
- Experience driving programs from concept through launch in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong ability to earn trust and influence without direct authority across engineering, product, design, and creative teams
- Proficiency with project management and product discovery tools such as Jira, Asana, and similar platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to synthesize information for diverse audiences
