## About the role

A Product Lead, Earn at Rove will own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the ways users earn Rove Miles outside of travel. This role will focus on Rove Shopping, Rove Dining, personalized offers, gift cards, merchant integrations, card-linked offers, browser extension experiences, attribution, transaction tracking, and rewards infrastructure. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, product-driven, and excited to build the earning layer that helps users turn everyday spend into aspirational travel.

## What they're looking for

- Strong product management experience in consumer commerce, fintech, marketplace, rewards, loyalty, affiliate, card-linked offers, or merchant-funded offer products
- Excellent product intuition with the ability to simplify complex earning, attribution, and rewards systems into clear user experiences
- Strong analytical ability and comfort working with funnels, transaction data, merchant economics, cohort behavior, and experimentation
- Ability to work closely with engineering on APIs, data flows, tracking systems, eligibility logic, and operational tooling
- High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently in a fast-moving startup environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to align engineering, design, partnerships, marketing, operations, and support around a clear roadmap
