## About the role

The Senior Director of Global Lifecycle Strategy will drive measurable business results through lifecycle communication investments throughout our customer journey — from acquisition, to retention and reactivation — for both supply and demand sides of our marketplace. This role is responsible for driving business impact by accelerating new and repeat conversions through lifecycle-led growth.

## What they're looking for

- 15+ years of experience in, Lifecycle Strategy, Email Strategy, or Growth
- Proven track record of building high performing lifecycle programs that have demonstrated material impact on growth businesses
- Experience successfully prioritizing lifecycle bets by understanding product opportunities, impacts, and risks
- Deep experience partnering with data science, marketing technology teams, and analysts to develop lifecycle data strategy, experimentation and measurement methods, and to inform forward looking investments
- Strong technical background in CRM platform design (Iterable, Braze) and CDP requirements for successful lifecycle programs
- Best in class knowledge of lifecycle channels, particularly: in web/app, push, email, and SMS
